Enter Bearing as Degrees, Minutes, Seconds. (March 16, 2005)

Change double-prompting code into code that will enter a point. Put up a new screen where X, Y, [Z], and [S] could be entered. (December 13, 2003)

[Minor Bug] Enter in odd values for Center Line for Curves and L will be incorrect if PC and PT are too far away. (August 29, 2002)
