To Do List
Search:

There are several more things that I want to include with D&D Helper. This is merely a place that I can list them. If there are other things that you want added, feel free to email me.

Very Important
Move this program to SourceForge to make sure that there's always a copy of this somewhere.
Tools
I saw a "Craft Item" page and would like to incorporate it. Need to research creating an item more.
Roll dice to generate a character's attributes. Roll hit points for players or monsters. Players get full HP from first level. Monsters should display total HP, average, and a rolled HP.
Change die roller to show unmodified scores (checkbox)
Change die roller to apply the modification for each die or as a whole
Change die roller to allow negative modifications, possibly with a checkbox or something for a minimum modified roll/total?
Roll monster attacks to make things go faster?
Add checkbox for die roller so that the plus can happen at end or with every roll. Currently, it is with every roll.
Experience calculator should handle monsters with fractional CR?
Generators
Ask for files and permission for the Middle Earth Name Generator
Take a look at Silly::Werder (Perl module)
Sword description -- Scooby sent me his programs that generate descriptions for many things (partially done)
Weather -- Found one online that I'd like to get permission to use.
Magical items -- Found OGL/GPL netbooks with magic items.
Treasure -- Rolling all those dice and cross-referencing all of those tables is a bit excessive.
Traps, NPCs, towns, etc.
Check to see if the Sindarin Dictionary is up again.
Reference
Maybe a rule reference with summarized rules for different situations. Attacks of Opportunity, Full and Partial Actions, and DC Equivalents come to mind. This could easily be implemented as a separate database that appears under a "documentation" menu or something. I already wrote something up on the Attacks of Opportunity -- just need to put it into the program.
It would be nice to have a complete spell reference as a separate database. Along that line, you could have a monster reference also. Any volunteers to type that stuff in?
Other
I should submit this program to other Palm sites, such as Handango and PalmGear.
It would be nice if I knew which databases were the most popular. Maybe implement a download counter.
I have had a request to make these tools available in other formats. I think that javascript would probably work best.
